Spring 2024 Baseball + Softball Registration & Evaluation Dates!

REGISTRATION INFO:

Hamden Fathers Baseball + Softball Association is pleased to announce Spring 2024 IN-PERSON registration dates!

  • SATURDAY, JANUARY 27, 2024 – 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM @ BASSETT FIELD SNACK BAR
  • THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 1, 2024 - 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM @ BASSETT FIELD SNACK BAR
  • SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 10, 2024 – 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM @ BASSETT FIELD SNACK BAR

In addition to the dates above, you can also bring your registration form with payment to the Recreation Department at Government Center (corner of Dixwell Ave. and Evergreen) M-F between 9am - 3pm through the end of February. Returning players can register by mail before February 6, 2024 - see form for details. 

Please print and complete the attached registration form below and include it with your cash or check.

EVALUATION INFO:

Also, below please find the 2024 Spring HFBSA Evaluation Schedule. All Evaluations will be held at the Batters Box (21 Marne Street in Hamden).

For Baseball:
  • 8:15AM – 9:15AM = BASEBALL 9 YR OLDS <ALL>
  • 9:15AM – 10:30AM = BASEBALL 10YR OLDS < ALL >
  • 10:30AM – 11:45AM = BASEBALL  11 & 12 YR OLDS < ALL >
For Softball:
  • 12:00PM – 1:30PM = SOFTBALL PLAYERS ALL AGES < NEW PLAYERS ONLY, IF YOU WERE ON A TEAM LAST YEAR, YOU DO NOT NEED TO COME TO SOFTBALL EVALUATIONS AND WILL BE PLACED ON A TEAM >
